Overview:
ADCs and bispecific antibodies are rapidly changing the treatment landscape in thoracic oncology. In NSCLC, several ADCs and bispecific antibodies are already reshaping established treatment paradigms. In SCLC, novel bispecific T-cell engagers and ADCs are driving meaningful advances in a historically limited therapeutic landscape. As these drug classes expand across lines of therapy, clinicians face growing complexity in treatment selection, sequencing, toxicity management, and biomarker-driven decision-making.
