Paul A. Bunn, Jr, received the 2016 David A. Karnofsky Memorial Award and Lecture, which is given annually to an oncologist who has made outstanding contributions to cancer research, diagnosis, and treatment. Dr. Bunn is Distinguished Professor of Medicine and the James Dudley Endowed Professor of Lung Cancer at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Denver, US.
