In a thrilling conclusion to the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC), four groups will go head-to-head in Seoul during the Closing Lunch & Game Show. ILCN Editor-in-Chief Corey J. Langer, MD, will oversee this year’s event as the Master of Ceremonies.

The Radiation Oncology Team—and reigning 2025 champions—return to the competition, which will take place Tuesday, September 15, at 13:45 KST, where they will face off against contenders from the Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Multidisciplinary teams.

“This event, modeled after the American game show Jeopardy!, should be both educational and entertaining,” Dr. Langer said. “It will test nuanced knowledge of thoracic oncology as well as the IASLC mission and history. In addition, there will be audience participation, which is a new feature this year.”
