Before the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) concludes in Seoul, Republic of Korea, attendees will have the opportunity to attend the IASLC Celebration Night.
The IASLC Celebration Night will take place on Monday, September 14, from 19:30 to 23:00 Korea Standard Time (KST), immediately following the Journal of Thoracic Oncology (JTO) 20th Anniversary Reception.
This year’s event will take place on Seoul’s famous Floating Islands, Sebitseom, which are also known as Some Sevit or the Sebit Islets. These islands overlook the Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain. Sebitseom is the world’s first floating cultural space and consists of a cluster of three interconnected artificial islands that feature cultural venues, restaurants, and convention halls.
Situated on the stunning Han River, this futuristic venue provides a picturesque backdrop for the grand finale to WCLC 2026. Attendees will enjoy a diverse array of culinary options, local experiences, live music, and scenic boat rides. Please note that this is a standalone ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased when you register for WCLC, or you can add a ticket to your existing registration by contacting [email protected].
