First, be sure to attend the IASLC Award Ceremony, which takes place from 17:00 – 18:00 PDT tonight, Saturday, September 7, in Room 33ABC. This annual event celebrates the association’s early-career researchers and award winners. Refreshments will be provided, and the event will be live streamed for virtual attendees.
Then, following the Opening Plenary Session, head to the Exhibit Hall for the Welcome Reception from 20:00 – 21:30 PDT. The Welcome Reception is the perfect place to reconnect with colleagues from around the world, and it also offers attendees an opportunity to make new connections and have some fun.
